A • The management fee varies from 8 to 12% of rent collected plus HST. If your property is not rented we are not collecting any fees.

A • There is tenant placement fee of half of the first month's rent per rental unit. No start-up fee is charged until your property is rented.

A • Yes, with property signage, our own website and run ads on Kijiji which is included in the start-up fee

A • For property management customers beginning/ending tenancy inspections and bi-annual inspections are included as part of the management agreement. We also offer property inspections as a guide for potential property owners.

A • We are equipped to do most repairs in-house for our management customers at discounted rates. For specialized repairs, we have many suppliers on call for every type of repair; we arrange the necessary repairs for your property at no additional cost. You are responsible for the bill payment.

A • We require two solid rental references, such as; previous/current landlord, current/previous employer, teacher, relative, business professional, etc.
